Pillow Cube™ Pillow Warranty 

Pillow Cube guarantees the original purchaser that the pillow will be replaced or repaired at our option, should it be deemed defective because of faulty workmanship or structural defects during this 24 month warranty period, excluding the specific limitations contained herein. An original purchaser is one who purchases the product directly from Pillow Cube or an authorized Pillow Cube retailer.

This Limited Warranty Covers 

Deterioration in the cell structure of the material that causes the product to not return to its original shape. 

Any physical flaw in the material that causes it to split or crack despite normal use and proper handling. 

Length of Warranty 

This Warranty protects your purchase for twenty-four (24) months from original purchase. For the first 12 months of your warranty up to 100% of the original purchase price of the pillow may be covered. From month 12-24, the replacement value will be prorated. 

After 12 months the original owner will pay the prorated replacement charge of fifty (50) percent of the original purchase price.

The pillow cover is warrantied for twelve (12) months from the date of original purchase against faults in materials or workmanship.

The Warranty does not cover:

Our warranty doesn't extend to normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage. It does not cover changes in the softness or firmness of material, changes in the rebound properties of the material, or changes in the cooling properties not caused by a physical flaw or deterioration in the cell structure of the material. But if your issue falls within the terms of our warranty, we're here to help.

The Warranty is Void if:

(1) THE PILLOW IS NOT USED FOR NORMAL IN-HOME, CONSUMER USE;

(2) THE PILLOW IS RESOLD OR DONATED BY THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER;

(3) THE PRODUCT IS USED OUTSIDE THE USA;

(4) THE PILLOW IS NOT USED BUT RATHER IS STORED (WHETHER LONG OR SHORT TERM) IN ANY ORIENTATION;

(5) PILLOW CUBE DETERMINES IN ITS REASONABLE DISCRETION THAT THE PILLOW HAS BEEN DAMAGED, ABUSED, OR NEGLECTED;

(6) THE FOLLOWING ARE PRESENT: TEARS, PUNCTURES, STAINS, ODORS, UNSANITARY CONDITIONS, FOLDS, FOOTPRINTS, BURNS, CUTS, RODENTS, INSECT DAMAGE OR OTHER INFESTATION, DAMAGE FROM LIQUIDS OR GELS OR BLOOD OR BODILY FLUIDS OR OTHER FLUIDS, OR DAMAGE FROM WEATHER OR SUN EXPOSURE;

(7) THERE ARE LIENS OR ENCUMBRANCES AGAINST THE PILLOW.

Important Information 

You must provide original sales receipt as valid proof of purchase for any warranty claim. This warranty is only applicable/valid with the initial pillow that was purchased.

If you are requesting a return or replacement due to a warranty issue within our 60 day return window, please refer to our return policy. If you are requesting a return or replacement outside of the 60 day return window due to a warranty issue, all shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

This limited warranty provides the original purchaser specific legal rights which may vary from state to state. 

The materials used in the construction of our pillows are temperature sensitive. The ambient temperature may affect the materials performance and characteristics. For example warm or humid weather may make the material feel extra soft, while very cold weather may render the pillow somewhat firmer. A bedroom temperature between 65° – 75° Fahrenheit will generate the proper feel. 

Only one replacement is permitted per item. If a replacement has already been received under warranty, no further replacements will be provided. 

Pillow Cube™ Bedding Warranty 

Pillow Cube guarantees the original purchaser that the bedding, including Zipfit Sheets, The Cubit Comforter, and ZipFit Cooling Mattress Protector, will be replaced or repaired at our option, should it be deemed defective because of faulty workmanship or structural defects during this 6 month warranty period, excluding the specific limitations contained herein. An original purchaser is one who purchases the product directly from Pillow Cube or an authorized Pillow Cube retailer.

This Limited Warranty Covers 

Any physical flaw in the material that results in a split seam or broken zippers, despite normal use, proper handling, and washing as indicated on the tag. If the item qualifies for a replacement but is no longer available, store credit will be issued. 

Length of Warranty 

This Warranty protects your purchase for six (6) months from original purchase. 

The Warranty does not cover:

Our warranty doesn't extend to normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage. It does not cover changes in the cooling properties not caused by a physical flaw or deterioration in the cell structure of the material. If your issue falls within the terms of our warranty, we're here to help.

An original purchaser is one who purchases the product directly from Pillow Cube or an authorized Pillow Cube retailer.

This Limited Warranty Covers

This Warranty protects your purchase for ten (10) years from original purchase. For the first 2 years of your warranty up to 100% of the original purchase price of the mattress may be covered. For years 3-10 the replacement value will be prorated. 

After year two the original owner will pay the prorated replacement charge of fifty (50) percent of the original purchase price. After year 2 but before the warranty expires the prorated charge to the original owner will increase 5% per year. 

The Warranty does not cover:

(4)  THE MATTRESS IS NOT USED ON A FIRM, FLAT, NON-SPRING FOUNDATION OR FRAME SUFFICIENTLY STRONG TO REMAIN FLAT AND FIRM UNDER THE WEIGHT OF THE MATTRESS AND ITS USERS, FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY ONWARD TO THE DATE OF THE WARRANTY CLAIM WITHOUT INTERRUPTION;

(5) THE MATTRESS IS NOT USED BUT RATHER IS STORED (WHETHER LONG OR SHORT TERM) IN ANY ORIENTATION;

(6) PILLOW CUBE DETERMINES IN ITS REASONABLE DISCRETION THAT THE MATTRESS HAS BEEN DAMAGED, ABUSED, OR NEGLECTED;
